Disclaimer

The entitlements in this document are offered on the basis that confirmation of a sponsor’s involvement is received prior to the deadline specified by the conference secretariat
(i.e. to ensure meeting deadlines with the production of promotional and printed materials).

ACPET reserves the right to amend these packages subject to change in the program format.

Upon completing the sponsorship application form you are entering into a legal agreement.

Sponsorship Payment Schedule

All prices listed are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

The following payment schedule is applicable to all sponsors:

First Installment                       50%                 Due on confirmation of sponsorship

Second Installment                   50%                 Due by 23 May 2008

Direct transfers can be made into the conference bank account: Westpac Bank, Account Name: Tulips/ACPET, BSB number 032533, account number 165381.
The completed application form and transfer remittance advice should be faxed to the secretariat on 02 4984 2755.

Credit card payments will be accepted for Australian Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
The credit card details should be completed on the application form and faxed to the secretariat on 02 4984 2755.

Cheques should be made payable to Tulips/ACPET and be forwarded with the completed application form to the ACPET 2008 National Conference Secretariat,
Tulips Meetings Management, PO Box 116, Salamander Bay, NSW, 2317.

Requests for an alternative payment schedule will be decided at the discretion of ACPET.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of withdrawal of sponsorship or exhibition booth booking, please be advised that unless that particular area of sponsorship or display space is resold,
the conference will reserve the right to retain the deposit received.
