All conference sessions including the ACPET AGM on Thursday 28 August and the Tasting Tasmania Conference Celebration Dinner on Saturday 30 August were held at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. The Welcome Reception on Thursday 28 August was held at the stunning Hobart Function and Conference Centre on Elizabeth Street Pier. We also offered a couple of local favourites with the optional dinners on Friday evening; including the stunning Moorilla Winery and Hobart’s most awarded restaurant, Marque IV. On Sunday 31 August, some delegates took the opportunity to network with fellow attendees on a post conference lunch cruise to Peppermint Bay.
